I recorded a post a few weeks ago for my IG page @thespasos talking all about the importance of being able to ask for assistance. I read years ago, it should be call "help" replacing that with support, assistance, or whatever you want to call it. Regardless of the name, it is important one be able to ask and two have those you can ask. It's having a tribe to grow with a mentors to guide you, ensure you have both.
